Cold Pressed Premium Australian Pure Fruit Juice

Mountain Fresh Apple & Mango  Cupcakes with Poppy Seeds
2 cups flour
​1 tablespoon poppy seeds toatsted
2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter softened
2 eggs
1/2 cup mountain fresh apple & mango
slices of diced mango (cut into cubes)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)

Directions
Preheat oven to 375f or 190c ; line muffin cups with papers
Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy, beat eggs one at a time.
Add flour (mix baking powder) alternating with the juice and  beat well; stir in vanilla.

Divide evenly and bake for 18 minutes.

Mountain Fresh Fruit Tartlet by Annie Xavier

Impress your guest with this colorful dessert


200gm plain flour
150 cold butter (cut into cubes)
60gm icing sugar
1 tbsp milk powder

1 egg yolk (Place all ingredients into a food processor to pulse until well combined.
Remove dough from food processor and place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes)

400gm milk
100gm Mountain Fresh apple juice
40gm corn flour
3 egg yolks
60gm sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla essence Zest from 1 lemon Pinch of salt (Place all ingredients into a saucepan, heat up saucepan on medium, heat and cook custard until thickens
(whisking continuously to remove lumps).
Remove custard from saucepan and chill in the fridge for at least an hour covering the surface with plastic wrap
Remove dough from fridge and press into tart shells, prick the base of each tart shells with fork and bake in preheated oven 180D for 10-15 minutes.
Let baked tart crust cool down for 30 minutes before removing from the tart shells.

Cook the chocolate sauce.
Place 100gm dark chocolate chips and 50ml full cream milk in a heatproof bowl.
Place ceramic bowl in a saucepan that's filled with 1 inch water. Heat up saucepan on medium heat. Gently stir chocolate chips until melt.
Remove bowl from water bath and set aside to cool down for 15 minutes.

Prepare preferred choice of cut fruits.
To assemble, spread a layer of chocolate sauce on each crust. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes. Remove from freezer and spread enough custard on top, chill in freezer again for 15 minutes. Decorate tartlets on custard with cut fruits.

 Delicious Moist Apple Cake

This apple cake is so moist that when you have a bite you can really taste the apples.Bake with our pure apple juice 

    Ingredients
    1 1/2 cup self raising flour- sifted

    3/4 castor sugar
    125 butter - softened
   1 teaspoon vanilla extract
   2 eggs
   1/2 cup Mountain Fresh Apple Juice 
   2 apples, cored and thinly sliced ( 1 used royal gala apples and                                                                                                        didnt peel them)

Method :-
Beat in all these alternately until well combined. 
Bake in preheated oven 180 degree Celsius for 40 minutes
​or until a skewer inserted comes out clean 


Mountain Fresh Apple Juices (300)ml consist of 6-8 apples in a bottle). It is pure  and there are no additives added.

Orange Butter Cake

Celebrity Chef Annie Xavier has made a delicious moist orange cake  using Mountain Fresh Orange (300ml). Bake with our pure orange juice

​Recipe :

450gm room temperature butter
400gm sugar 
Cream well in a mixer until pale and fluffy

700gm self raising flour,
300gm  Mountain Fresh orange juice,
250gm full cream milk and
3 eggs 
Beat in all these alternately until well combined

Fold in zest from 1 orange 
Bake in preheated oven 180 degree celcius for 40 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean
